Metro & Transit

Amiand has been partnering for over 5 years with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Reliance Industries on a Public Partnership Project comprising of 11 Km elevated metro system. Amiand Role has been to provide:

Technical oversight of civil and systems infrastructure,
Review of operational and a maintenance efficiency of the metro corridor to,
Ensure that the system meets performance specifications as per the project concession agreement.

Independent Engineer

For a private toll road concession - Amiand was part of the team that:

Monitored and supervised a performance-based contract for Road Maintenance and Safety,
Additional responsibilities have included Monitoring and Auditing toll collection revenues on a periodic basis,
Ensuring compliance requirements as per the O&M standards established in the concession agreement.

Shipyard

The Port in Western coast of India in close proximity of the Middle East and Gulf region possess the largest drydock that can accommodate vessels of up to 400,000 tonnes DW. It was acquired by one of India's largest diversified conglomerate decided and individuals working within Amiand were part of the:

Streamline O & M during the business integration process,
Developing a Change Management Plan - post take-over for the Shipyard having India's largest Dry-dock,
Developing a Financial Restructuring Plan for restructuring the bank loans,
Business Plan for business continuity,
New business development including bidding for specific Naval and Defence Ship Maintenance contracts,
Marketing and commercial contract negotiation and closure to sale ships (Panamax) to International Owners,
Business improvement plans including Process Improvement, Stock Management and Vendor Renegotiation,

Container Train Operation (CTO)

For a existing private Container Train Operations Concession, Experts at Amiand helped set up a busines partnership with Indian Railways. Established:

PAN-India network based on concession and license requirements got freight Container Train Operation,
Business blue-print, business plan and implementation of Container Train Operation (Type A - Pan India), with specific focus on Mumbai-Delhi corridor,
